Having trained in some of the UKs finest Michelin-starred restaurants, Gordon brings his extensive knowledge and skill to the Edinburgh restaurant scene. Inspired by his own travels abroad and recipes from around the world, Gordon hopes to bring some of these flavours and techniques to Stockbridge. Taisteal takes elements of fine dining and presents them in a more relaxed environment. The menu will be complimented by an extensive wine list and a selection of classic and contemporary cocktails.
